Please add Net::Dbus and YAML::Syck perl modules

Description

Those 2 modules are needed to port a perl application written by me, to SHR.
Please note that Net::Dbus has some child modules, also needed.

I pushed that to shr-testing as well. However, I am not convinced that adding perl modules to the feed is the right way to go. Do get your application into the SHR repos and depend on those perl modules so they get pulled in automatically.
