Volume changes in calls are only temporary

Description

As said in topic.

This happens because fso does not listen for config changes anymore, this forces us to remove the hack we used up until now and use the API instead. (Although it is not perfect for our uses, and will introduce bugs of it's own unless we disabled mute on volume change).
