I have no idea what last time means, I'm really tempted to mark this one as invalid (as it is invalid) though since you marked it as a blocker, I'll cut you some slack and let you update the ticket propely. :P
Anyhow, there's nothing we can do with such description, and for me everything works at the moment.

It seems to be the same problem again. It worked for two days, but after the update of tomorrow it wouldnt start again.

This is probably a duplicate of http://trac.shr-project.org/trac/ticket/957
If I am right, then this has nothng to do with phoneui but with frameworkd or phonefsod respectively.
Try restarting frameworkd and see if GSM registers then....
