Problem with contacts stored on the sim card

Description

Update of today brings up an new issue regarding the call window: Contacts stored on the sim cannot be resolved when dialing a number manually.

The same happens the other way round: Contacts from the sim card cannot be called, as there is a tel: in front of the phone number number.

After a reboot I could not reproduce this error.
