GSM Network status unreliable in shr-today

Description

Quite often shr-today displays a circle with a line through it (presumably meaning no signal), even when I have good GSM signal, as displayed at the top right when I unlock shr-today. I can't reliably reproduce this, but does seem to happen semi-regularly.

For me, it happens always. Latest upgrades as of Feb. 4.

That's because we haven't synced unstable to testing till now.

libphone-ui-shr is now the same as in shr-U from 2 days ago. So this should really be fixed in shr-t too. Please reopen if it occurs with a freshly updated shr-t.
