Description
When the SIM auth dialog is shown upon boot and closed (by clicking the top shelf -> close) without authentication, there is no way to re-show it again. At least, not one that I could find. I have tried turning off and on the GSM antenna (in settings -> phone) but that doesn't let me perform the SIM auth.

Even nicer would be a button (or switch) in telephone settings, to initiate the auth dialogue on user request.

Replying to sybren:
To bring up the SIM auth dialog restart the phonefsod by either '/etc/init.d/phonefsod restart' in your terminal or entering 'Settings->Others->Services list' and click on phonefsod and restart it with your finger.

Turning GSM off and on again would be a nice way to get to the SIM auth dialog if not successfully authenticated before. I agree.
