add launcher to the repos

Launcher provides possible home screen for SHR with date/time, call notif, app launcher, cell broadcast info etc...

Launcher is in the feeds (already was). However the current revision (92) fails to compile. This is what I get:

config.status: creating po/Makefile.in

Please take that up with the author :)
