Problem with suspend after update (16.8.)

Description

After the last update (16.8.) suspend not working properly - and do not work falls ophonekitd function dependent on him (GSM etc.).

Actually, there is a phone the same anesthesia as I described in Ticket # 589 and to restore the functions you can use the same set of commands as in Ticket # 589

Command "apm -s" from the command line works correctly.

In frameworkd.log and ophonekitd.log is nothing to this problem.

I've got the same problem here but it seems due to omnewrotate. Once I removed that package, and kills the associate processes, I haven't got anymore the problem.

Can you verify this MiPal??

After installing the next update everything in order.
