Auto-Suspend doesn't work while plugged in, message maybe?

Description
When I tried to enable auto-suspend in shr-settings, it didn't work.
Later I realised that this only applies when the device is plugged in to a wallsocket or computer or FreeLoader? or getting power from thin air ;)
Anyway, a short message would be nice telling the User WHY it's not enabled and that it'll be auto-enabled once the power source vanishes.

There is no way to check why it's disabled. CPU resource can as well be requested by some other app.
