If the FR is not rebooted after having been affected by this issue, it will naturally not be able to perform any kind of ophonekitd related tasks and relevant 'Application Execution Errors' are displayed.

However, an incoming call event will not produce any kind of error on the FR. So if the FR-owner is affected by this ticket (#40), but does not access (contacts, messages, dialer) he will not be aware of being affected and might leave the FR in a state where it does not get incoming calls. To the incoming caller, everything will appear to be normal and that the call is just not being answered.
