More opimd integration

Add support of drafts and displaying sent messages as separate view (folders?).

While implementing it, add some GUI options:
In phone-book:
- Search contacts (filtering etc.)
In dialer :
- Lookup of the number in phonebook while entering

Also, let the user set things up so sms to/from certain contacts go into separate folders. So you can have folders for friends, folders for business, and "everybody else" in the default in/outboxes. Just like the way we handle e-mail.

This ticket is combining #252, #123, #281, #231, #230, #229, #189. They all depend on opimd integration, and we don't want to have mess in trac :)

Great news - mrmoku has almost working opimd implementation! :)

Editing. Some of that options are implemented now in -efl2, some even in -efl.

fixed in efl2 now we only need to fix broken opimd queries that don't work correctly :)
i.e opimd's fault.

Reopening, but just for still missing very minor features, as the most important ones are already fixed :)
