Delay between inc. call acceptation and communication begin

Description

When clicking on the "Accept" button of an incoming call, the ringtone freezes, then resumes and the communication only begins a few seconds later (from 3s up to 9s).
However, it has been reported that the call was marked "accepted" caller-side immediately.

SHR now uses wav file as ringtone, so delay is a little bit shorter. And it's FSO issue, and that bug is well known. I don't see sense of duplicating it on many bugtrackers.
