PIN dialog needs too long to pop up

Description

When the GUI is up and I can start programs, the PIN dialog needs one to two minutes to pop-up.

Could you make it pop up BEFORE the "desktop" is being created? Would be better IMO.

This depends on frameworkd initialization. If frameworkd takes a long time to make ogsmd available, we can't help but cope with that. Won't fix, sorry ! :-)
