Include opkg.org repository in opkg configuration

Description
in /etc/opkg/arm4-feed.conf place a # at the beginning of the line. this prevents errors on a repo that is not available
in /etc/opkg/opkgorg-feed.conf add this line:
src/gz opkgorg http://www.opkg.org/packages
perhaps also alter the priority of the archives so that opkg.org has the highest priority, i.e. dill which is available in multiple repos is downloaded from opkg.org
When adding of opkg.org is not desired as SHR policy, please add it with a # in the beginning of opkgorg-feed.conf so that users can enable it very easily.

We won't do that, as this is, seriously, totally insane given that we build a specific set of versions of a great amount of packages, and this can lead only to bloated configurations, and invalid bug reports. Sorry!
Trouble is that many packages on opkg.org break shr..
