Blanked screen mode doesn't block screen presses

Description

When the screen goes black all tapping on the screen should be blocked so that I don't risk tapping a something like a button when I only want to view the screen again.

For example, when using tango-gps I need to tap the screen once when I want to see the map, but that brings up the menu as well.

You can workaround it by setting "suspend after blank" in illume ("power" settings) as "1 sec" and set "blank time" as setted in frameworkd.
