No option for SMS return receipt

Description

It seems that SHR does not own an option to have a return recept of a sent SMS message. I think it's a standard feature on most of phones.

should that be an option? Or can we just always request the receipt?

It sholud be an option... Some operators can charge for it.

The option can be in phoneuid.conf/phonefsod.conf, not in the GUI. By default off, but can be enabled by those who are missing it. Would this speed up it's addition to SHR?
