SHR suspends even when you told him not to

Description

If I go to the illume settings and say it may never suspend. It goes into suspend.

illume settings aren't the one applied in this case. Only settings applied are frameworkd. You have to configure frameworkd settings.

We will build an application to do that in the end.

Suspend timeout can be configured in SHR Settings.
