GPS doesn't start with foxtrotgps

Description

GPS works great on GTA04 if it is turned on from shr-settings, but it does not turn on when a program (foxtrotgps) requests it.

I'm not sure if it is related, but the settings section is missing the satellite info at the bottom of the position settings.

fso-gpsd should be fixed in om-gta02 now

don't know if there is different problem in om-gta04, but please make sure that fso-gpsd-systemd is not installed and gpsd-systemd + gpsd-conf is.
