Translaton template needed by default and directory changing

Hi, last december only one person answered me to my email about translation issue ( http://lists.shr-project.org/pipermail/shr-devel/2011-December/003901.html) so I started importing programs in Launchpad in order to better translation process. The first was Pyphonelog ( https://launchpad.net/pyphonelog) but I found a problem. No template file is present in the source. Could you provide .pot file automatically? Another problem is redundant category in po directory. Could you delete all XX directory and rename files in XX.po? Thank you :)
