python-curses is incomplete

I am trying to use uses curses from python, but the program doesn't start. The error is:

import curses

File "/usr/lib/python2.7/curses/init.py", line 15, in <module>

from _curses import *

ImportError?: No module named _curses

It looks like the python-curses package in shr-core doesn't contain /usr/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload/_curses.so. This file is in shr-unstable (but for python 2.6).

Rebuilding python in shr-chroot produces a python-curses package, but it is also missing the lib.
