shr notes (opimd-utils-notes) does not allow to set tags

Description

If I want to add a TAG to my note with "Add new tag" I can enter it but the window has now save/edit button. The window also doesn't seem to have a proper frame. So as there is no back button one has to force close it with the X from the top bar.
