Description

There has been a change to the USB Vendor ID and Product ID reported by Neo running SHR
This has caused a problem with USB networking and SSH not working under windows XP.

I have tested 2 versions of SHR
1 working vs 1 not working.
I am uncertain of when the change occurred.
Testing was done using the same XP computer with nothing else changed but the version of SHR booted from SD on the same Neo.

Results of investigations for both versions included below.

As a temporary workaround, I use the attached patch on the .inf file.
