no error message when sending an SMS to phonenumbers that contain spaces

Description

When a phonenumber contains spaces, an SMS is not send, no error message comes up, the SMS is shown in the SENT list tho.

oh is *that* what happened! sheesh.
anyone mind that I've upped the priority as this seems like a nasty bug to me from an end user perspective?
