Outgoing messages should be queued

Description

Right now there is no confirmation whether a SMS message has been sent or not. Even worse: when the GSM has been turned off I can still "send" a text message without seeing any error message or other indication that it hasn't been sent. However, the message is not sent at that moment, nor when the GSM is enabled again.

I would suggest a quite common feature: an "outgoing" queue. Messages that are supposed to be sent are saved there, and then they are picked up for actual sending. When that fails, they aren't removed from the queue, to be retried later.
