Description
Is it possible to put the scroll bar on the left side?
I hold the phone in my left hand and operate with my right. Since the lip of the freerunner is so extreme, it is difficult to get the finger angle to scroll.
If the scroll was on the left side, it would be easy.
This probably should be configurable as some users are probably left handed.
Per Tom Hacohen:
This is a good reason why to move it, and I also have a couple more arguments (for future implementations) on why to move it to the left.

Mailing list notes:
- Just make the bar thicker, like a 1cm thick conveyer belt.
- From Al Johnson: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.handhelds.shr.user/3912 Is there a good reason not to put it on both sides? I often use it one handed in the right hand, and it works well that way at the moment. If you move the scroller to the left hand side this will be much harder because the thumb will be covering a significant proportion of the screen, including the bit you need to see to know when to stop scrolling.
- Cry: How about rethink the whole design and use some sort of hierarchical layout? Could be some choices like Category (Business/Home/Hobby/Church?/etc set by user) or Alphabetic (*-A, A-D, D-G, etc. computed automatically to give fast drill down. The user could even choose two have two hierarchies. Category -- Alphabetic.

Assigning to me is enough, no need for the CC :P
