Contacts won't scroll to top on large contact list

Description

The scroll-bar on the contacts app can't scroll all the way up to the top if you have a lot of contacts? I use to be able to all the way up to A, but now I can't scroll (using the right side bar) higher than B.

It is like that place is off the top of the screen.

Per Tom Hacohen:
This is a known bug (at least known to me) I haven't got around to handle.
